Cold Calling - My favorite polarizing topic. Don’t let fear keep you from cold calling. It’s certainly not the only answer, but with marketing becoming more and more grass roots through social media, many are finding success with the original prospecting method:)
Press Releases – Perhaps your best marqeting value…as long as you use them properly. Like any effective free or low cost marketing platform, press releases have been abused and the forum polluted. They’re still effective, though, as long as you thinq.
Social Media - Not only is this the newest marqeting forum, it is unlike any marketing you’ve done before. As I like to describe it, it’s marketing that doesn’t feel like marketing.
Direct Mail – It’s not a dead medium, despite what some of your contemporaries may say. It’s all about your approach and your expectations.
Video - A great medium for communication, as long as it’s done with respect to your prospect/client. Don’t worry about fancy production or putting on a show. You don’t need a show when your humanity flows:) Here’s where you will find some helpful tips on how to do it and some nice examples from the Cirqle of Friends.
